We've been hard at work creating new features, enhancing the platform, and fixing any bugs that crop up. Here are the big updates we've just deployed:
Note deletion at 30 days instead of 3 days
Possibly our biggest update in a while. You can now keep your notes for 30 days. Before, notes were only saved on our system for a maximum of 72 hours. Now, you have 30 days to copy your notes over to your EHR. You can, of course, manually delete your notes at any time.
Templates can be shared within groups
If you are in an enterprise group, your managing account can now share templates directly to your account. This means that if you have a common template, it is now easy to create once and copy to the other users in your group
Site optimized for speed
We have made some serious speed optimizations to the site. This should mean faster load times, and faster navigation throughout the site
Default template updated
We have updated the default template to get you started on Pro.
Sign-in with Google
You can now have multiple Google accounts connected to Scribematic, and be able to switch in between as easily as logging in normally
Output language and recording language de-coupled for better control
If you're appointment is in Spanish but you need your notes in English, you can turn off the live-transcription feature for better control.
